Warm & friendly greeting and a genuine interest in how we wanted the labour to be. The only improvement would have been to be able to swap people at the end for my Dad and sister to come in.

All the midwives are really nice, easy to talk to. I dont think the service could be improved as every aspect of my/my babys care was excellent. Thank you.
